The Skagit Conservation Education Alliance (SCEA)
is a community-based,
all-volunteer,
non-profit 501(c)3 organization
that is working for the benefit of
the greater
Skagit ecosystem to protect water quality and watershed functions.
SCEA is based in Mount Vernon, Washington,
and our work encompasses
all watersheds
within Skagit County.
Our Mission:
"To bring people together in the spirit of
cooperation
to protect, conserve, and enhance the natural ecosystems
in
the Skagit Watersheds."
